↓ Gluttonous. || Kha'an obviously has a little problem with his diet; or a big one. He always seems to be hungry, so much so that his birth mother decided she couldn't care for him and his siblings all at once. He can't seem to satisfy his hunger, which also causes him to wander off to find food, more often than he should. His weight also makes him an easy target since he doesn't have much endurance, nor can he run swiftly so he's more of a liability. 

↓ Trusting. || This wolf pup thinks the world of everyone. He doesn't believe anyone has any bad intentions, so he's not afraid to waddle up to any wolf and ask for help if he's in need. He's too innocent for his own good; never suspecting of anyone nor is afraid of any wolf. In fact, the more battle wounds a wolf has, the more sorry he feels for them and tries to make their "owies" feel better.

↑ Friendly. || Aren't all pups friendly at some point? And since he's not really afraid of other wolves, he believes that strangers are just friends you haven't met yet. Once he gets past his initial shyness he feels toward you, he'll be one of the sweetest things you've ever laid eyes on.

↓ Naive. || This goes along with his trusting trait; there is many things he has yet to experience, so of course he views the world through rose-colored glasses. Once again, he's too innocent for his own good. There's a childlike wonder in his eyes with every new thing he sees and often he lets his imagination get the best of him. Because of this trait, he's easily manipulated.

↓ Clumsy. || Due to his weight and short stubby legs, he is more often bumbling about than actually succeeding in any tasks given to him. He's very self-conscious about this trait of his and often tries his best, only to fail and feel horrible about it. His weight also makes him a bit insecure.

↑ Considerate. || Kha'an's actions almost always reflects on other wolves' thoughts and concerns. He spends more time thinking about actions and their implications than actually doing those actions. More often than not, he's often lethargic when it comes to making decisions and he usually asks for others' opinions and advice before making a move.

↑ Concerned. || The wolf pup is always fretting over seeing others get hurt; he believes that scars still hurt and doesn't understand that they're actually healed wounds, so when he sees wolves with lots of scars, he often plays nurse (licks them until he's told to stop). He often worries over small things too, like when someone has a messy coat or if there's blood on their maw from eating messily. Really, he's just a big worry-wart.

↑ Shy. || Kha'an is very shy around new wolves; he's definitely a wallflower. But it doesn't take much to get him to like and trust you. Just feed him once and you'll be his best friend. Since he's shy, he also obeys authoritative figures unquestionably.

↑ Happy. || Kha'an is almost always seen with a smile on his face nowadays. Now that he's grown close to his new family, he feels content and optimistic about the future. Willow and Odysseus are doing a fantastic job raising him, despite he being their first pup.

Pre-Group History: Early one morning when the sky was a pale blue and there was a stillness to the air, a low cry rang out across the valley; it was a mother in pain. Yes, a young mother of four panted and whined to her young son. "Mama? What's wrong?" He asked anxiously, his mother explained the stomach pain she was experiencing, before she began begging him to go and find her an oddly specific kind of berry. Without a moment's hesitation he was off; his stubby legs carried him as swiftly as they could to a bush, not too far off from his den, where he grabbed a mouthful of twigs, leaves, and berries. Upon his return, he was surprised to see his family gone. Where did they go? He wondered to himself as he sniffed around for their scent. Oh! Probably to get some water! His short tail whipped around chaotically as he bounded to his mother's aide, thinking of himself as some sort of hero. 

He arrived at the river near their den and to his concern, he saw they were already across. "Momma, momma!! I'm here, I have your berries!" He yapped, but to no avail. His mother turned the other cheek, which he attributed her selective deafness to the loudness of the river. "I'm coming, I'll be there, don't worry!" The pup whimpered and paced along the bank, wondering where the best place to jump would be. After a moment of deliberation and seeing his family begin to leave, he took a leap of faith, only to be swept far down the river. 

It was terrifying and cold, yet the chubby youth managed to keep at least his nose above the water for most of the journey. By noon, his exhausted body was washed up upon a muddy bank where the water swelled before continuing on to swifter waters; a delta perhaps? Not that the pup would know; he just dragged his body through the mud and away from the piercingly cold water. His short dense fur clung to his body unattractively as he shivered, the cold sapping most of his already limited supply of energy. Despite the dismal conditions, he was still optimistic that his mother would arrive soon and take care of him as she always has. Energy nearly depleted, he still managed to woof and yap, softly of course, but he still wanted to be found... What was to become of him?
